It can be difficult to travel and discover a new country when the language and culture are totally different from ours.

On my first trip to Japan, I followed the classic tour that 98% of people undertake.

Eventhough Japan has become a flagship destination, the big majority of tourists still go to the "touristic" places where Japanese people never go and where prices and quality are not met. 

After this trip, I remained unsatisfied and felt like I had wasted time and money in a country you don't necessarly visit every year... 

 

Subsequently, I got in touch with local people who offered to show me around the country in their own way.

From then on, I realized I had hardly seen anything and had not enjoyed the wonders of Japan.

As a consequence, I settled down in Japan, learned the language and travelled across the country for months along with my partner. I discovered every aspect of the country  and I am now willing to share my knowledge with travellers. 

 

After more than 4 years now, we have been able to list hundreds of establishments, activities and partnerships all over the country.
